Yes, it certainly is a construct and all constructs set rules to the game. My rules is that we join in making up the rules as we play, rather than only engage in games with rules we like.

I like your use of the concept "tricked." But then, isn't that what 'awakening' is? Merely the realization of having been "tricked" all along? And by your 'self' no less!

Heady stuff, Mike. Thing is, it makes sense and yet even that which makes sense is a construct as well, yes? no? And yet, would it not lead, if deeply understood, to a state of genuineness?

And who is genuine? Like honesty and awakening, only a fool answers the question "I".

But still, I like what you have written here. I think people are rather satisfied in their boxes, or at worst used to them. But some delight in surprise, though most fear it, becoming angry, feeling themselves tricked, which goes full circle back into the box.

Oh dem damn boxes. It's a long, hard road to being free.
