The ego is composed entirely out of fear...and then tries to protect you of that fear by feeding in more fear...:) Very interesting, and quite useful to know I think.

Best yet, Mike, very clear! Love the distinction between "duality" and "dualism". Perhaps it's not so easy to take away fear...who does it...how...etc. When this is all enjoyed for what it is, the fear seems to fall away unaided.
